Tai Chi
Join us for Tai Chi every Saturday morning 8-9am starting November 1st. Lead by Master Hongyi.
Master Hongyi has practiced Tai Chi Chuan for more than 35 years. She first learned Yang (杨) style Tai Chi Chuan (traditional form) in an intensive Tai Chi Chuan seminar. She then learned Wu (吴) Style Tai Chi Chuan (traditional form) from Master Liang Shan, a history professor at Sun Yat-Sen University in Guangzhou, China. Master Liang's teacher was Master Yongqian Liu (刘永谦). Master Liu was a disciple of Wu style Tai Chi Master Gongzao Wu (吴公藻). Master Gongzao Wu's father, Jianquan Wu (吴鉴泉), was a famous teacher and founder of Wu(吴) style Tai Chi Chuan in late Imperial and early Republican China. In the past decade, she has been devoted to promoting wellness and active living in communities. She teaches several Tai Chi and Qi Gong Adult Wellness Programs locally in Minnesota.

Flip Side- Acoustic Trio
Flip Side is an acoustic trio featuring smooth vocals and swinging guitar whose repertoire spotlights the popular music of pre-nuclear days. They play the well- known songs as well as more obscure tunes - the Flip Side of those old 78s! Robin McGalliard Nelson and Bonita Donnay sing sweet harmonies while accompanying themselves on bass, ukulele, melodica and accordion. Ace guitarist Jan Stroup fills out the trio and adds an improvisational element to the Flip Side sound.
MACS Songwriter Showcase
M.A.C.S. (Minnesota Association Christian Songwriters) features local Christian singer-songwriters. The Minnesota Association of Christian Songwriters (MACS) is a growing local Christian singer-songwriter organization which began in 1989 with a vision to provide the craft of songwriting to Christian artists in the Twin Cities and surrounding areas. There are songwriters of all levels in MACS.
M.A.C.S. is apart of Showtime’s music residency program, performing every 2nd Saturday of the month from 3-5pm.

Joseph Walker is a South American–born, Twin Cities–based singer/songwriter whose original compositions and magnetic live performances have made him a rising force in the Midwest music scene. Raised across Colombia, Venezuela, and Brazil, Joseph weaves English, Spanish, and Portuguese into a soulful blend of folk, funk, and Latino roots—delivered with the immediacy of a modern looping act and the heart of a storyteller.
Performing solo, as a duo with his brother Jay, or with their acclaimed six-piece Walker Brothers Band, Joseph brings a vibrant, genre-fluid sound that feels both worldly and deeply personal. In 2026 he debuts Sonidos de mi Tierra, a dynamic show celebrating his South American heritage through native instruments, multilingual songwriting, and the rhythmic spirit that shaped his life.
